I think you need to recognise that the Management duo are both Brummies & a lot of the squad are from the Birmingham/West Midlands area.

They are then trying to bring in players from Leicestershire, who might feel uncomfortable in the mix?

Josh Crossley decided very quickly it wasn't for him & returned to Leicester St Andrews!

I think Kyle just wants to enjoy playing football with his mates, that doesn't cause stress in the rest of his life & if he gets paid well for his goalscoring talent elsewhere then that's a real bonus.

Remember, a lot of these Clubs who are doing well in the lower leagues were once in the Leicestershire Senior League, a far cry from the Clubs in Brum!

The players know each other & they know the Managers.

Just my thoughts!
