Thanks for the interest Wiltstone & providing the information & photos.

I notice you opted for a 3-sided Stadium design, which is permissible.

I assume Maidstone have a FIFA Quality PRO standard 3G pitch, suitable for playing in the National Leagues.

The potential cost problem at the Vale View site is its previous useages, which may or may not prove cost prohibitive.

As an aside, the Bank of England have a calculator to update previous years costs to the current date, it might be worth checking your figures using that calculator.

I think £5,000,000 is a useful starting figure, which should provide a good Stadium at a commercially viable cost.

Interesting times in Nuneaton with many challenges ahead!
