Yes I’ve often mentioned the Sport England requirement. Also when it was actually assessed and measured it didn’t have the dimensions claimed on the putative plans.

In any case you’d have to bribe Griff/Harriers to forsake their 49 year lease. Good luck with that! NBBC can’t offer what isn’t available or even discuss it.
