Absolutely 100% not the case. As with most things with a non league club run by volunteers, it's usually always down to a volunteer issue like availability, illness, capacity, holidays, technical issue.

Highlights released so far this season:

There have been some games that have not been recorded due to technical challenges (new camera issues, a veo camera error, illness).

Most of the time there is just a simple explanation rather than a grand conspiracy.

Side note. In this league and above, every league game (not cup ties) must be recorded by the home side and uploaded to a platform which all other clubs can access but is not available to the public as far as I know. So trying to 'hide' footage from other clubs as a reason would be silly.
