From my armchair (well my desk to be precise).

Comments what I have read on here.

The club is just 2.5 years old.

It's playing at one level below the league it often struggled in.

Not having a ground, due to not paying bills is not a help.

Perhaps this is the clubs level now; at least in the short term.

No club can expect to win every season (like the last 2)

The model is ensure the club does not go bust AGAIN.

Whilst a team can not lose if it does not concede, it can not win if it does not score.

The rules are that any one of 11 players can score. Yes, a finisher helps.

No guarantee that any player will come up to expectations (strikers in particular).

The club had formed a "collective" atmosphere with transparency . That should not change in bad times.

The ambition for any club must be not to go bust.

Summary

Embrace the new structure and accept what limitations that may go with it OR demeaned success and be prepared for the consequences.
