They wouldn't have to give up anything, their privileges would remain the same & their accesses would be greatly enhanced.

Financially they should be better off & the new Stadium facilities should attract better players & increased interest in the Club.

They would just be party to a new 3-way Tenancy Agreement.

The Town & the Griff could then develop various ways in which the can work together on the football side & both Clubs would have shared use of two Stadiums.

The Harriers would continue as they are but could also benefit financially out of the deal.

The town of Nuneaton would then have a true Sporting Hub, in the town, mirroring what they already have at Bedworth.

Just my thoughts!

Edit:

In the meantime the Council can lead NTFC on a merry dance around 4 difficult sites, progressively wasting their money, with no redress!
