I would very much doubt that NTFC would want to disclose such information at this stage in the process.

There are two important requirements for NBBC to consider, given that the new Stadium is proposed to be built on Council land:-

Firstly, they need to be satisfied that NTFC have fully funded their proposed new Stadium development, moreso given that it is built in Phases.

Secondly, they need to be satisfied that NTFC is a financially stable & sustainable business going forward, given that the Council are prepared to grant the football club a 49-year lease.

This vital information/guarantees will be contained in NTFC's Business Plan.

There is a very long way to go before this project comes to fruition!
