Could actually have a 'big' / 'proper' game feel to it for this level.

Bromsgrove are well supported, averaging 900 odd, with a lowest crowd this season of 700+.

Wouldn't be surprised with a 1000+ crowd tomorrow.

Could be, reasonably atmospheric, with that covered terrace behind the one end quite good for noise.

Hopefully we have a good following.

Look like they are made by an enthusiastic fan rather than the club themselves who do proper highlights.

Very physical game which boro' players seemed to relish.

Must admit between their 1st and boro equaliser I was far from confident. After that, I dont think they really threatened.

Special mention to Powell who made himself a nuisance for their back 4

Great performance. Barring a mad fifteen minute spell in the first half with errors, we were solid throughout.

Great result.

Great support and atmosphere.

Not many teams in this league can live with us going forward with all the chances we create.

Callum Powell put in one of the best wing performances I’ve seen from a Boro player in a long, long time.

Hopefully over the away hoodoo now if it’s psychological and we can really kick on now.

No criticism of DKE at all, but his cross for Henshall’s goal really should have been cut out by their clown of a keeper.

The keeper totally bottled committing to getting there with Benbow closing in on him.

Really good performance, thought Osbourne was terrific today particularly second half the number of times he used his body strength to leaver Bromsgrove players off the ball, Kettle and Stanley strong at the back as well, one small criticism, our defenders just look to lump the ball forward, wish they would play ball into midfield more

IF : a little word that can mean so much.
the criteria for winning any league is win at home draw away
however that philosophy changed somewhat with the advent of 3 points for a win
hence like today for example one win equals three away draws
so you could in effect now rectify the terrible away record by a couple of wins ie. six pts
which takes you from one point to TEN overnight.
which completely changes matters.

The two other games I’ve seen this season we have lost 0-3 (Kings Langley home) and lost 0-2 (Biggleswade away).

I’m hoping I’m not a bad omen. But with our away form, I doubt it’ll make much difference.

Looking forward to it, dare say I’ll regret it when I’m heading back past Stoke or something later!

Must be remembered we are dominating possession / territory in most game . We are creating chances , lots of them , we just aren't taking them . That could change , only needs a couple of chances to miss the defender on the line or a keeper not to have a blinder . If this happens we can beat anyone at this level . It's fine lines and currently we're just the wrong side , that could change .
