The way I interpret.

So basically, the period June 2018 to June 2019 Boro Leisure treaded water and was £500,000 in debt.

Who this is owed to is anyones' guess (so I will guess).... Surely it must be LT and his write-off this loan had not gone through the books at this time. I sincerely hope thats the case, because the £500,000 was due within the 2019/20 period.

Interesting to the average number of employees was 8. I guess this has to only include full-time employees;
