No more football after Thursday during lockdown.
As some pointed out.
Whilst no football till early December (at best) there is no training either. Whilst training/fitness in not quite the same issue as “elite” clubs I can’t see many clubs wanting to immediately return to competitive fixtures
Are they allowed to train on their own or is that banned too. With this government no one really knows the rules
Everyone is allowed to get some exercise
Guessing though they will want to be playing Xmas and New Year as won’t want to miss out on the bigger attendances that tend to happen over the holiday period
Play Tamworth with restrictions at xmas- 600 tops
wait for restrictions to potentially be lifted later in season- 1000-1500,..
Guess it depends how much the clubs need money
Help - Tonights tickets
Just been to Alvechurch site and "not available".
Anyone know a reason?
Can I pay at gate?
Would look myself, but very busy at work
Re: Help - Tonights tickets
They took down online sales at noon. They are also having pay on the gate.
So it's just a case of wait and see really . IMO they really need to try and restart and finish the season ( in some form ) when appropriate . How on earth they do this if the lockdown goes on beyond 2nd Dec is going to take some solving .
If the lockdown goes into the New Year can see them scrapping the league season and maybe just having regional leagues to the end of season
Bromsgrove off tonight,so Barwell can't win and overtake us if we were to lose.
It surely can't be that long before last season's reasoning is reached again.
Football at these levels should never have been restarted with the virus at the level it was / is.
