Southern League have set that date for their leagues to re start assuming that everything is ok to do so, league have said though that if any clubs wished to start on 5th December or in the midweek they would have no objections to clubs doing so

Southern League wouldn’t object to those games being played it seems, both clubs would have to be in agreement

Maybe a resumption without crowds. Government announced a £14million package to help non-league clubs (Steps 3-7) to compensate clubs for lack of revenue. May mean we can’t have crowds. Have to wait and see.

Just seen that myself, £14m to be split amongst teams at steps 3-6.

If it works similarly to how the money was distributed before at steps 1-2, we would get a decent share (for our level) as it was based on average crowds (lost income). Or perhaps not, we are only 8th best supported, think 5/6 top supported get a larger share.

This money in the way of loans.

In many ways, Boro are probably one of the more fortunate being in the level they are, in that
a) They can offer sensible contracts and not have any full-time players (and probably no contract players) on their books.
b) They can have 600 spectators when games take place which is probably what the attendances would have been anyway.

The main financial hit for this level was the non-completion of last season

I would be wary and avoid taking loans.
