A club statement said: "This has been an extremely difficult decision for the club’s board to take and not a decision taken lightly. The decision is not results based but is centred around culture.

On the face of it he seems to have done a really good job, got them promoted and currently 4th in NL. You do wonder sometimes what owners and boards want, would not be in the least bit surprised if a new manager comes in and they drop down the table.

Yes, but they say it's nothing to do with results. It sounds they have made a stance on something else which should* be applauded.
* I say should, as no one knows the reason BUT to sack a manager with that results record it has to be serious.
