There's been absolutely loads! Some of it justified.

If you dont think that JG/the management team/the club are not/have not been under any pressure, then I dont really know where to begin with that.

There's been absolutely no pressure on the manager losing his job as manager, IMO, VS is correct.

Fans can comment as much as they like, but the only pressure on a manager to lose his job comes from the board/the owner. There's been none.

Pressure in terms of losing the managers role is different from pressure overall.

Also we may be mixing up accountability and pressure here.

I wouldn't say mixing anything up really. He's not under any pressure, and never has been, as manager IMO.

My point really was that after this one win following eight defeats and our heads also being turned by other events on here,a calm has descended and talk of quitting/replacing the Number One has gone.
Remarkable turnabout.

Exactly what's the point of keep banging on about something we can't change . Where it's going to show is in the gates . If he turns it around then fair enough but if things continue as they have and Saturday was just a blip then fans will continue to silently drift away and the pressure will mount without a word being said on any forum .

Don't think gates will drop much more.

We are told that new debts been found, but (as I said) 100 more on the gate will mean £1000.

Pressure in that his job is safe.
Any other manager (as shown elsewhere) would not be in a job now.

So what pressure has he been under. Still expect in six month he be tha manager to lead Boro back to this division

think people have realised there is no point keep going on about it, as there's nothing going to happen. Wont leave or can be sacked. Just have to live with what weve got and what situation were in at the minute. Nothing will change i imagine for the foreseeable future

Also a good point.

Two issues (big ones) were scoring goals and conceding goals.

Brought in a centre back, and kept a clean sheet.

Brought in a striker, who has scored on his debut.

Need more, but it's a start.

This.

So therefore, trying to remain positive. I'll see where we are come the end of November after the 'easier' run of games, and hope that Saturdays win sparks a bit of a run.

We seem to be trying to play a formation to suit the players we have left after the clear-out.

Players constantly playing out of position?

Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Choose your formation to counter the opposition & pick the team to suit.

I would like to see Kaziboni playing up front alongside Dwyer.

We need a right-back.

Kaziboni is a good player.

He is very strong & has pace.

He is a real nuisance.

That doesn't remotely answer the point raised though. You've said you don't want people playing out of position, yet suggest putting a winger up front.

We lack pace in the team.

This tippy-tappy stuff in midfield is all well & good but we need a cutting edge & Kaziboni gives us that cutting edge.

Under absolutely zero pressure as manager (look at the league table!!)
Only really comes and speaks to the media when we win - been the odd time when we’ve lost he’s commented
No real communication from him as an owner about anything

League position doesn’t lie - attendances don’t lie - these are facts

Communication from the club has shown a vast improvement in the last week.

We have had two player interviews, JG's post-match interview & a lengthy statement from Jason covering all bases.

I enjoyed listening to Carl Baker giving an insight into how the playing side is managed & the very honest interview with Liam Daly.

They need to keep that going now...

I only recall 4 maybe 5 post match interviews from JG this season out of what 16 games - so 1 in 3 or 4 games he decides to speak out when the team are in the relegation zone and struggling! 2 of the interviews were in wins! Terrible management, passing the buck, no accountability, no responsibility, takes only credit!
Shite manager!
Not sure the chairman’s interview covers all bases either!
