In Russia/Soviet Union/Federation there is a pattern of bald leaders followed by those with a full head of hair - Lenin followed by Stain, then Khrushchev, up to Putin. You can get Russian dolls that depict this.
The Boro's pattern of owners appears to be dodgy, followed by fantasist followed by incompetent. Occasionally we get a 3 for 1 deal.
Where are we now in this cycle?

Even those from democracies with a full head of hair. I can think of two (with one trying to return and the others disciples hoping he will)
