Have they now become the property of the Landlord ? They are an expensive and important commodity and should be saved if possible.

Any new Stadium should have modern turnstiles installed with electronic readers.
The turnstiles are not 'manned' but there is Security outside to assist if necessary & carry out body searches if necessary.

They would be property of AT or Boro leisure
If latter then assets that would need to be sold off by the liquidators (when that happens)

IMO, they are the property of AT.
The point I am making is that they are out-dated & should not be considered for re-use in a new Stadium.

I think that depends on the level we play at. If the FA put us in at step 5 or 6, the Windmill will not meet the ground requirements.

A roped-off pitch would represent a Sports field on a Sports ground.
At Level 11/Step 7, the installation of 1Nr half-height electronic turnstile would suffice.

Alternatively a table somewhere near the gate would be fine . Half the clubs at step 7 don't even charge admission let alone have electronic turnstiles

I will repeat again:-
The FA having recently introduced ground-grading requirements for Level 11/Step 7.
Clubs playing at that level will need to apply to the FA for a ground-grading inspection.

and i've been to step 7 grounds this season where there isn't even a proper gate and you just walk upto the fence and stand there and no one bothers you . Also step 6 grounds with a table and moneybox . I can't think of many grounds at step 4 with electronic turnstiles let alone below .

Level 11/Step 7 requires a ground-grading inspection by the FA's ground-grading team.

I regularly scouted at step 4 the last few seasons (in the northern league admittedly(.
Even clubs there had a table and a bloke with a money tin .
A few had old style turnstiles but it was just one, and it was most definitely not automated
At Step 7, talk of automated turnstiles is ludicrous

If you intend to have an on-line ticketing system, you need to have the means of scanning the ticket on the gate.
You can either do this by installing a half-height electronic turnstile, unmanned, or by installing a manual turnstile, which then needs a tutnstile operator, with a portable scanner.
Either way, 1Nr turnstile is now required at Level 11/Step 7 to meet the FA's upgraded ground-grading requirements.

Breaking news!!! Boro do not exist any more.
The turnstiles would be available at no cost as an interim solution, the all singing electronic ones you propose would cost megabucks. Perhaps you should come down to earth sometimes.
I have in the past defended you, but I have reached the conclusion that this was an error on my part. It does happen on very rare occasions.

The existing turnstiles are likely the property of AT.
That wasn't long & pointless was it!?
Edit:
Even if, out of the goodness of their heart, AT were to give the existing turnstiles to any new Boro club, there would a cost in removing them from LW, transporting them to our new Stadium & installing them, this would not come for free!
Perhaps you need to think before you post in future.

AFC Nuneaton v Nuneaton Griff would be fun in a few years.
Supporters of both teams can save money by competing for the right to hang the same "Nuneaton is blue and white" banner off Coton Arches depending on who is victorious.
Unless one of the teams is from Hinckley, of course.

I'm not sure Boro Leisure is like to be liquidated any time soon. There are no directors to do it voluntarily, and as it has no assets then why would creditors do it? They have zero chance of receiving even a tiny fraction of what they are owed.

But they will be...... one day.
Problem it faces is nobody is going to spend money invoking a winding up order when very little hope of getting the cost of doing so back (let alone whats owed).
I suppose CH may investigate the legality of how BL is (or even was) trading.
Failing that; strike them off when reports are not received (which would be by June 2024).
Even if "whoever" manages to remove assets (having trespassed) they would still be the property of BL.....unless purchased and I am sure the authorities would accept that (NOT)

NB - companies registered office.......which is......guess :)
9.1 When the registrar may strike a company off the register
If a company is neither carrying on business nor operation, the registrar may take action to strike a company off the register.
The registrar may take this action if they have reasonable cause to believe that a company is not carrying on business or in operation. The registrar may take this view if:
* they have not received company documents that should have been sent to them
*mail that the registrar has sent to a company’s registered office is returned undelivered
* the company has no directors
Before striking a company off the register, the registrar is required to write 2 formal letters and send notice to the company’s registered office to inquire whether it’s still carrying on business or in operation. If they’re satisfied that it’s not, they will publish a notice in the relevant Gazette stating their intention to strike the company off the register unless they’re shown reason not to do so.
A copy of the notice will be placed on the company’s public record. If the registrar sees no reason to do otherwise, they will strike off the company not less than 2 months after the date of the notice. The company will be dissolved on publication of a further notice stating this in the relevant Gazette.
