UK Government White Paper on introducing a Football Regulator
Views: 683
Applies to the situation the Boro now find themselves in, with particular references to matters of heritage (including the club name & the badge), governance, finances, Owners & Directors Tests, fan representation & ground relocation.
The Football Regulator will have powers to prevent occurences that have happened to our Club from ever happening again!
Edit:
The Football Governance Bill has been introduced & was mentioned in the recent King's Speech.
Rishi Sunak had indicated the Football Regulator could be appointed & in place for the start of the 2024/2025 season.

Care to share what it says about the current predicament and how it can stop a landlord "evicting" a tenant that doesn't pay?
