I’ve seen plans like this many many times.
I recall one about 5 years ago that would include RC Warwick.
I will believe it when I see it.
Not saying it won’t happen but….. let’s wait and see.
Council being involved may be good (if it has access to dedicated funds) but could also be bad if money could be spent on providing much needed social services.
Also - whilst this is interesting given the state of football in Nuneaton, my knowledge if the Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington area is that there is more available land and it’s not as deprived as Nuneaton and Bedworth*
* notice the council - there is facilities in the district for football clubs (not sure this is relevant)

The plan 5 years ago didn't involve RC Warwick. It was very similar to this one but had training pitches and the NHS were involved in a big way but Covid put paid to this and so i believe this is just an amended plan without the NHS.
