A genuine question to all borough fans on here who would you like to see as manager of the new team ?

Someone who
* Lives locally (but perhaps not in) Nuneaton.
* Has experience of the level the club will play.
* Had no direct connection with Nuneaton Boro since 2017/18 season.
* Wants to play attacking football.
* Respects all those involved; in particular the game officials.
* Takes responsibility for events under his control.
* Does not blame others for his failures.
* Does not form an "in crowd" cliche.
* Realises the club exists for its supporters and not himself.

I can think of someone who ticks the 1st two boxes :)

We need someone who knows the level and knows the pool of players we are likely to be fishing in , and understands what can realistically be expected from players at this level . Someone like Ivor Green who's proven at this level and has local connections .
The other option would be a young manager looking to make a name for himself but if we bring in someone like that we would probably need to be looking at a different set of players . Kyle Storer would be this type of manager but his connections with H&H could be a problem plus we probably couldn't afford him .

A couple of requirements for the role include -
Proven experience as a football manager / coach at Step 6 or above.
Who does that rule out from the names mentioned in this thread?
Harry Harris, Ivor Green, Carl Baker, Kyle Storer.

Also ..
Holder of a UEFA C (level 2) coaching license (minimum)
Who from those 4 does that rule out?

Anyone who doesn't have ANY connections with Barwell.

I don't want Jimmy to have any input or info on anything we do.

Anyone with any ideas ....

As we're starting off very low in the leagues anyone we play is going to be a big club.......

So finances must come first this season I'm afraid..... We need the start up money 💰
So the bigger the club the bigger the gate.

The bigger the gate, the quicker we get back to Nuneaton.
