From Boro chat (Facebook)
Chelsea (aka Alan Hudson) has passed away aged 54.
So sad - no age at all.

What a character he was. Yes that is really sad. I remember bumping into him in Town one night, after we'd got back from a play-off final. He had a duffle bag full of (active) champagne bottles. He was very erm.."relaxed."
We'd gone in to celebrate promotion, we thought. But the only fans in a deserted Town centre were a couple more in The Felix. And Chelsea.
Also shared one or two "interesting " conversations with him in The Lord Hop.

If ever this title “mr Nuneaton boro” was deserved it was Chelsea.
Not only probably the most ardent supporter also did a hell of a lot in helping.

Never heard a bad word said about him, all fans should have been like him and his mum.
Grammar is the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you’re shit.
