Just my guess but maybe couldn't make training . Couldn't fault his effort but do feel he looked the weakest member of the side , gave away possession in bad positions far to often . In his defense was asked to play left back when his position is central defender . Don't have an obvious replacement other than young lads from the youth team , so i expect to see a new left back arrive shortly .

..... If you don't like what the clubs aiming for or can't agree with structure then it's thanks and goodbye.
Everyone must be singing from the same hymn sheet for the goals (no pun intended) to be achieved..... And that's promotion .... Nothing more, nothing less.

I did wonder what the one commitment was that Kyle couldn't do, as you say, it could be that he couldn't make training, I'd assume he'd have been told we train when he signed for us though.
Also curious to know what the health and safety issues are that caused the Lutterworth game to be put back a few weeks.

Boro are paying players probably well above the norm for this level . The thing is if your paying players you can ask more from them . Some of these players come from clubs where the only thing expected from them is that they turn up and play on a Saturday . The extra commitment won't suite some players .

I was at Lutterworth Atho towards the end of last season as its local and to see what level 6 footie was about.
There was some major building work going on there so half the ground was closed and the outside perimeter fence was incomplete, no problem for the 50 or 60 that were there.
Last week I had a quick look while driving by and still not finished. Perhaps with the threat of 400-500 attending they have pushed back till work has finished. They have spent the last 2 seasons ground sharing but now they have a new 3g pitch and floodlights and are extending the main building by the pitch it looks like.
Note to self, 'be careful what you wish for'
