Cradley home

Dangerous opposition they have won as many as the boro and are the divisions second top goalscorers . Their problem is if they don't win they lose as they haven't a single draw so far .

Turn up in your dozens.
Any team that wins 7-1 away deserves some support.
I hope to be there.

We are Top of The League
Views: 822
Another splendid Saturday afternoon. Gorgeous weather again and a fairly ruthless performance from Boro-Town. I'll get some dislikes for this but The Oval in sunshine really is a very pretty ground.
Tougher opposition than Lutterworth, Cradley never gave up. It took a solid, decent team display to subdue them.
Lee Carsley was present again.
Some er..interesting goals, another very gobby 'keeper and nice long chat with Wolfman and with Dave Sharpe at half time.
Only down side was the Hot Dog. Don't use Brioche buns folks-it means we have to eat them with a spoon. (Not provided)
Our replacement keeper had a good game I thought?

I share your opinion on The Oval on a sunny, autumn afternoon. A pleasant ground - whatโs not to like?
Great to see you and chat for a while. We even managed to save your Poppy via Matt!

Yes, a lovely location for a football stadium.
The only thing not to like is the 4G pitch, it's awful to play on. Would be perfect if it was a grass pitch. ๐

The Oval pitch is near end of life, compare it to the new pitch at Lutterworth which played very well.
Having said that its still a lot better than few of the grass pitches we've played on this season.

Obviously, nothing would or ever could compare to the lovingly tended (and now rotting away) Billiard table of Liberty Way. Or the dunes and trenches of a midwinter MP, after a heavy downpour.
Unbelievably, I played a half on the first Oval artificial pitch. Maybe it was this one.? It was a time when rationing had just ended and Jacob's Cream Crackers were tuppence a packet.

Solid display from the lads.
That was exactly what it was . We looked like a top of the table team comfortably controlling the game throughout . Nothing spectacular just a very good performance .
Heather & Kirby Muxloe both lost in further good news .

Teams must hate playing against us, everyone gets stuck in and backs each other up if they lose the ball.
Even when we swap half the team during the game there are no weaknesses.
