𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
There are vacancies on the Co-op Board of Directors and spaces for Co-opted members. Members interested in standing can download a Candidate Information Pack and Nomination form from the link below or ask for a copy from the Secretary.

In order to be put forward to become a Supporters Representative on the board of Nuneaton Town FC CIC, you need to become a Board member of the Supporters Co-Operative. So if you would like to get involved in representing supporters at Board level and be involved in the running of the club, this is a great way to get stuck in!

The Nomination Form must be completed and returned (with the candidate’s statement) to the Secretary by midday Wednesday, 30th April, 2025.

Should there only be one candidate for the Board vacancy, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.

𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Co-operative Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting.

Such a resolution must be submitted (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society) to the secretary by midday Wednesday, 30th April, 2025.

If anyone would like a chat about what we do, what you could do, please do get in touch. Happy to have a chat at a game or elsewhere. We often have board meetings online so no obligation to live in/near Nuneaton if you want to get involved. We really want the co-op board to represent the widest section of Boro fans.

Volunteering a couple of hours a week will be a massive help to the club and also yourself. It's a great way to build up skills, confidence, etc that are helpful in the workplace or life in general. Certainly helped me back in my twenties when I was involved in the co-op way back when!
