As one of the young supporters of the football club and a proud singer in the group
The amount of stick and shit we get is beyond ridiculous us lads turn up home and away enjoy a beer enjoy each other company and ultimately turn up to sing and back the team no matter what!!
We shouldn’t be told to stop singing or we shouldn’t be told to stop enjoying ourselves because this is our club just as much as it is your club!!
We have a verity of songs to which fans who listen to borough Ranger actually enjoy it.
We always try and respect people but unfortunately we get told your part of Jimmy brigade and you don’t know anything about this club, but in fact if we put all our ages together and all our knowledge about this football club together we know more than some People who to games because we stay and listen to the people running our football club!!
We shall be back next season better and gonna make sure players know what this club means to the fans of Nuneaton town or Nuneaton borough as people know it

No one ( I think) has ever told you or asked you to stop singing. Or to stop enjoying yourself. or to enjoy a beer.

I once got so shit faced at Barnet I could hardly stand and missed the train home.

It's not a sin to be young. Or old. Yet.( Give it time).

It's just that a few Forum contributors don't care a lot for certain songs about Necrophilia. That's all . It's a Forum. That's what they are for. Places where people say things and swap opinions. You have a different one to some others. It's life.

Personally I have sung along with (most) songs at places as far afield as Barrow , Truro, Dartford, Kings Lynn, Scarborough etc.

I LIKE to hear Boro fans singing. Home and Away. In the days before the most recent collapse when the football had become so dire that there was NO singing, Liberty Way was dire. It truly became Nuneaton Library.

So yeah. keep singing. Keep following. Enjoy your beers. And see you around.

Quite agree we want atmosphere, you were just asked not to sing one particular chant then suddenly you accuse us of telling you to stand in silence which has never been the case.

We want an atmosphere we want players to be inspired by it, we want other fans to come down also. Sing as loud as you like, we would probably join in just not that chant.

Honestly one chant as caused so much aggro, you think easier option would be lets retire it. Come up with a new chant, that everyone will join in to. Everyone gets along, no complaints and no unnecessary split between supporters.

Iv haven't a problem with the singing.
When at cup final the other week there was a lady singing along ( swear words and all ) she was throughly enjoying herself.
