Town dominated the game but Dronfield defended well. Town just couldn’t provide the finishing touch until Jardine came on. Dronfield’s first goal seemed to involve two deflections. I think Dronfield’s main hope, amongst their fans, was that Bache would have to go off. I think Town had three penalty calls but none were given. Dronfield’s equaliser was a bit of a fluke and even then we could have had a penalty. Good game in very difficult conditions and a deserved result.
