FWP Masterplan Schematic Layouts

IMO Sketch Layout 1 is the most cost effective solution.
It has the Main Stand in the SSW & the Away End could be positioned in the East (with the Sun in their eyes) & nearest the Parking.
I would scrap the idea of providing a secondary grass pitch.
NBJFC could use the Main Stadium 3G pitch.
This layout also provides more useable area for on-site parking, which is going to be crucial in the consultation with WCC Highways.
The other 4 sketch layouts are non-starters for me!
Just my thoughts!
Also, construction works shouĺd be kept as far away from the North-East corner of the site as possible, so as not to be impacted by the potential for mineshafts & mineworkings.
