New Stadium Layout

The Main Stand needs to be positioned in the West.
The prevailing winds in the Winter are from the South-West, so the back of the Main Stand needs to be into the bad weather.
FWP Layout Sketch 1 is the best option.
The Home End needs to be positioned in the North.
The prevailing cold winds in the Winter are from the North, so the back of the North Stand needs to be into the cold weather.
A new entrance needs to be formed off Haunchwood Road at the North end of the site.
The Away End needs to be positioned in the South, near to the Car Parking/Main Accesses.
The South Stand needs to be as low as possible, because if the Stadium pitch is a grass pitch, a low profile stand will allow maximum sunlight to reach the pitch throughout the year, which will help keep the pitch in good condition.
The East side of the Stadium will be affected by the Sun, in that the Sun will be in the spectators eyes on a Saturday afternoon, so this side of the Stadium is at a disadvantage, as far as development is concerned. It can be treated as minimum development or no development. Stadiums can be 3-sided.
I hope this is helpful.
Just my thoughts!
