I will be down for the Boro v Hinckley game on 24th January at Barwell.

It’s my dad’s birthday that day and I intended going to the cemetery to put flowers on his grave before the game.

I have seen online they are no longer open on Saturdays, is this true?

Edit- Oaston Road cemetery

I believe it may be the old chapel that is now closed because of structural issues.

I remember him well. He was a great bloke and a staunch Boro fan. Also enjoyed his cricket. A real gentleman.

I was sure we’ve been on a Saturday to the Oaston Road Cemetery recently. I’ve just looked at the Nuneaton and Bedworth Council homepage and that says they are open every day. The only reason it may be closed could be due to the Council shutting down over Christmas.

The floral box at the end of Manor Court Road is very good. Been there many years.
