I read that another social club is to close their doors in Stockingford. This only leaves SAA Pavilion in the area and presents a great opportunity for the football club to bring in a licensed social club into their plans. If done right a social club could bring in vital funds seven nights per week,given the lack of facilities in the immediate area. Just my thoughts.

A Social Club? I think you answered your own query about dying institutions.
Bar and Function suite are in the plans for VV as far as I remember.

Not the money stream that they used to be unfortunately, hence the demise of yet another social club.
