I wonder weather Reform taking over the local council will have any effect on our new ground plans . The previous council seemed quite supportive .

Reform do not have complete control they will need to do a deal with another party - probably the Tories.

All local authorities are being restructured anyway. Hope any planning decision is based on fact and not party political.

It’s more about the lease which hasn’t been signed yet.
Hopefully the reform lot will be sympathetic given the areas they represent.
