Shame the sesson fizzled out yet again, but we won the trophy that really mattered.

The managers will be given a chance next season and they deserve it, but I hope they get some tactical and coaching help as we need to step up.

We won the league .... from the first game of the season that was the number 1 priority.
Having said that the cup competitions this season have been disappointing.
Can't put my finger on it but the last 8 or so games have been off par and below the standard thats been exspected of the team.
Still have a good 6 weeks off all , the first pre season freindly is on July 4th I believe....
Not long

Probably get slated for saying a huge overhaul is needed for the next step.
Players that have served us exceptionally well for the last 2 seasons have either reached their limit or are simply too old to keep going higher.
I’m not doubting their commitment, but today the energy went after the first 30 minutes.
Also desperately need to have better variety in our play.
The two wide men work their socks off, but the final balls are lacking.
Jones and Thomas are the only 2 who I don’t worry about.
I’d like to see Jardine really make a big effort regarding his fitness …and have the chance to play alongside a bigger stronger partner.

To be fair they haven’t played competitively for two (?) weeks. Having said that we beat Moulton in the League 5-0 and 4-0. It is time to rebuild and perhaps some players know they will be going.

I have to agree with you, and next season will be the biggest test of the management.
They knew all the players they could call and probably knew we'd get promoted the first season and a good chance on this ....But ..... next season is a different kettle of fish for them. Next season will test there management credentials.

People who expect us to walk the next league, are going to be disappointed. A top 10 finish would be a good season in my opinion.

Agree top 10/playoffs maybe, but to achieve that we need to be at our best..... the end to this season we haven't.
Changes will be made cos the rumours are going round now about players going and new players coming in.
But thats football I guess 🤷

They might expect them but they might not get them. There are lots of footballers and not so many clubs. The important thing is to survive at Step 4 perhaps until we get a ground. Look at the other clubs in that league - their budgets won’t be great.
