Right decision for us.
Nothing energetic or decisive in his play.
Passes were short of pace and often not to feet.
Goodbye.

Thought he had potential, better keeping him and not Hendry IMO

Well I must’ve blinked and missed the potential. He was a huge let down if you ask me.
Something the management appeared to agree with because in the end he was a bit part sub in a team that was struggling.
As for Hendrie, I must admit I thought his age would count against him.
Perhaps he will be happy in a support role.
People bemoaned the long ball game we seemed to resort to all too often.
That clearly was not suited to Hendrie, who is a ball on the floor, quick passing player.
Some of the best stuff we played involved his pairing with Charlie.
…and nobody can deny his class when they consider his goal of the season.
Probably a luxury in a fast paced midfield battle.

He had the ability to take on players one on one, the final product let him down .... somthing that could of been worked on.
As for Hendry, the Gaol of the season was about all he done. On the bench most weeks, cant spot a pass, cant make the runs, cant see him doing more next season having signed two midfielders....
Its all about opinions 👍

....was actually the gaol of the season.
Must admit Hendrie had kind of passed me by a bit until he did that. His technique was extraordinary. He actually meant to do it!
hidden lights and bushels come to mind.
