Tamworth’s long throw expert Tom Tonks has been released by the club. He is also decent defensive midfielder. Could be a good signing for Boro.

Another Tamworth player worth considering is Dan Creaney, a local lad with an eye for goal.

Think he still has one year left on his contract, following his return from Solihull Moors. Following the arrival of the US investors, Tamworth has signed two more forwards, which may restrict his playing time. Maybe the possibility of a loan deal in the short term?

Don’t think he would drop 3 steps. If he went out on loan he would go to National League North or South Club.
