I actually went with my Mum, Dad and brother until my Mum and Dad stopped going when Dad got poorly when I was 15.

But given my brother is 4 years older than me, he wouldn't have been able to be the one 'looking after' me when I was 15 and 16, as he'd have been 19 and 20, so you're right, they'd have potentially lost my support...

It was more 18-30 I went home and away religiously with a group of mates.



I honestly don't know my thoughts. It is a real shame, BUT sadly it's a societal problem rather than just a football one. Kids never being able to switch off from social media bullying/arguing/fighting, balaclavas, vapes, shitty e-bikes- I am worried for the kind of world my now 6 year old daughter will grow up into when she's 12/13/14 etc. I guess as a parent, you can only do so much to try and ensure they are on the right path.

I do think a blanket ban of kids without adults is a bit shit though, there's lots of good kids missing out because some, who appear to be known, are being little pricks.
