Bedworth have been drawn at home to Redditch on Saturday September 26th.
Borough are at home to Corby on the same day.
Probably have to play Sunday, as Trophy will get priority over a league game.

The game could be played on a Friday night.
The default day is a Sunday, if the teams can't agree.

Or Bedworth play on the Sunday . They do very well out of our ground share arrangement surly cooperation is important .
Another option would be to switch the game to Corby of course this depends on where Bedworth are for the return .

Your point about co-operation between both clubs is now very relevant.
Both the Town & the Greenbacks are now playing at the same level, in the same league, so neither club now has priority over fixtures.
It could be possible, if everything remains the same, that a fixture problem could occur in the future that will need a mutual agreement between clubs to resolve?

Wrong. Bedworth fixtures have priority, and would do so even if we were in a higher league.

Bedworth's fixtures would probably take priority in this league, as they are the main tenant.
If the Town were in a higher league, in a formal groundshare arrangement, their fixtures would take priority as the highest ranked club, in accordance with FA's Rules.
I have no idea what the Town's current arrangement is with Bedworth United?

I am guessing that under the current arrangement, Bedworth are the 'Primary' tenant & will have priority over fixtures.

Regardless of what you believe. Bedworth hold the tenancy of the Oval. We pay them to use their facilities. Even if we are lucky enough to get promoted above them, they ,not us, will maintain priority regarding fixtures, and use of the ground.

As 'Primary' tenant (assumed) Bedworth have priority at the level both clubs are currently playing at & as long as the Town have an agreement in place for this season & next season, that will satisfy the FA's requirements.
If Town are promoted, that is a different situation & another conversation will need to be held at that time, possibly about establishing a more formal groundshare arrangement.
Promotion will also mean the Oval will then need to meet the FA's Level 7/Step 3 ground-grading requirements, which will be another discussion.

You have clearly not noted the detail of our arrangement. It has never been a formal groundshare. I'm sure that club officials can confirm that we rent the pitch and facilities from Bedworth, which is a completely different thing to having a formal groundshare.

We are due to play Corby away on Feb 6. Bedworth are at home to Mickleover on that day.
If we go to Corby on Sept 26th the home would have to be on a Tuesday.

The FA Trophy takes precedent & the ties are played on a Saturday.
This also affects the National League Premier clubs when they enter the competition at the 3rd Round Proper stage.
It is not popular with the NL Premier clubs, who would prefer the games to be played midweek.
