Competitive football again

So we were back to a competitive match at Wheatsheaf Park. I was happy to attend and to watch a competitive team. Thanks should go to the manager and the team for giving us a victory - very few last year so all of that went well. Thanks once again to those who got the pitch and the ground ready. So I should be really happy tonight. However I am concerned. The covid rules were spelled out in the programme. The announcer was reinforcing the rules so many times, including the fact that retrievers had to get the ball when it went out of play. However, the congregation of the Guildford fans worried me. Groups of 6 are allowed. However this seemed to be grouping 6 groups of six (at least) together. I am not sure who should be policing this. Is ir us as the home team? Is it the responsibility of all teams to communicate this to their fans? Or most likely, it is us as individuals and informed members of society to ensure we are safe and that the venues we go to are also safe. Our actions must not threaten the venues. Maybe in stressing the rules comments could also be made if some groupings of home or away fans seem to be too large. Let's not lose our football because of our own actions.
