Ashford Town fall victim to mindless yobbery


Ashford Town volunteers arriving at the Robert Parker Stadium yesterday found that some local miscreants had left them an unwanted 'gift'- performing acts of vandalism around the ground. On social media, the Tangerines explained:

'As if things weren't hard enough at the moment, some lovely people have taken it upon themselves to vandalise parts of our stadium! Our dugouts, fencing, seating, and boards have all taken a serious bashing.'


This is as reported on the Isthmian League website. As fans we should be supporting our neighbours in any way we can. We also need to make sure our own ground is being cared for in these troubled times.
