Elvis?

on his page in the programme, the manager says there is only one king and that is Elvis. I'm not sure where Elvis was ever a king, but modesty forbids me to name him but there was aa legendary British King who had the same name as me. Lollowing the story his mythical idyllic kingdom had Camelot at its heart. For me, a little bit of Camelot returned to Staines yesterday. The Isthmian league column seemed to have written us off for the season. From what I had seen and commented on I did not come to the ground full of optimism. I saw a defence marshalled by an injured player reminiscent of one of my boyhood heroes, Roy Paul (there is a nominal similarity); a midfield represented by a man who helped defeat the Empire, and Noah up front bringing a rainbow to my heart. We competed sand on this occasion we deservedly won. Thank you to the manager and the team bringing that little glimpse of the bliss of Camelot back to us.
