"Is the Thames Club a profitable business?"

No. According to the most recent filed accounts, it had trading losses of just under £5 million by 31st December 2020.

"If the old farm, the pitch, the car park and the Thames Club were to be levelled...?"

Well, who knows? The 'h' word keeps cropping up, but the area around the ground is already pretty built up and I'm think the pitch might be classified as part of the local flood plain, which would definitely be a significant barrier to redevelopment, but possibly not insurmountable.
