I've no idea.

If the limited company doesn't meet its commitments under the lease (I'm thinking paying the rent as the main one), then they'd be in breach of contract, which would be legal reason to terminate the lease.

But yes, anyone seeking to deal with the company would need to contact the new person in charge, rather than Joe Dixon or Fulcrum Sports Investments.
