Today's game off

With the number of games we have lost to the weather, we are presumably having to consider reverting to the old double headers to complete the season. This involves two matches back to back, 30 minutes each way; straight turn round at half time and a 15 minute break between games. Alternatively, as a club with ambition, will we dare rent Wheatsheaf Park for some evening games under lights.
The lights also remind me that we have the council permission for lights at the current ground, b ut the Trustees of the current pitch are unlikely to ever give their permission. This limits promotion prospects. The question then becomes do we remain a third tier club in a third tier town, below neighbours such as Hanworth, Egham, Chertsey, Walton, and even Ashford. Alternatively what are our plans for next season?
