Asked Steve yesterday Guys! Just got this for your info ...

Fans at Wheatsheaf Park will have seen that Sanchez Ming was substituted early in Tuesday's match against Hayes & Yeading United with a knee injury, and received extensive pitchside treatment, before being stretchered off to warm applause at the end of play.

He was taken to hospital in considerable pain, accompanied by one of our Committee members, Sally Payne, but was discharged later that night and feeling a lot better. The injury does not appear to be as serious as was first feared, and he will receive further assessment from the Club physiotherapist Matt Gardiner on Saturday, together with our matchday staff Charlie Butler and Becky Peacock, who attended to him on Tuesday.

Our best wishes for a speedy recovery go to Sanchez, who wishes to thank all those who looked after him on the night.
