After the Hendon game I was going to have a go at our style of play, the long ball to nowhere. We seemed to have gotten into a rut and could only play the long ball from the keeper and this ended up with the opposition in possession and our goal under threat again and again. However against Greys we changed the pattern and more ball was played from the back. This showed that we do have ball players and that we can beat the opposition with a pass instead of hoofing it long and hoping we get it. O.K. Greys were not that good, but the way we played gave us so many chances that if it hadn't had been for their keeper who for me was man of the match, a 10 - 0 score line for us would have not seemed unreasonable. You have showed you can play from the back and that it brings results, please try it more often, and it is great to watch.
