A disappointing afternoon for Swans supporters, with the defensive frailties, which seemed to have
been largely cut out against Poole, returning. One again the boys played some good football at times,
but gifted Salisbury two first half goals with horrendous defensive errors.

Unfortunately you cannot win games at this level when you gift goals to the opposition like the Swans
are doing at the moment. The effort cannot be faulted, but there are certain players who are just
not good enough for this standard of football.

Unless the defence in particular is strengthened it is going to be a long, hard season.
