Buy him out ? The club is worth absolutely nothing, not a penny ! Just the £1 Joe paid.

I'm failing to see what investment has ever been made in the football club by current ownership. A playing budget is an overhead and something every club should have whether it's high or low in comparison. Based on other comments here it seems common knowledge we don't have a playing budget full stop. Does that not send alarm bells ?

What infrastructure or improvement has ever happened under the current ownership ? Genuinely I task anyone here to come up with anything this owner has improved.

Like you say , combined counties is better than no football but it also brings even less income.
It goes hand in hand, lower league = less fans = less gate money = no football club
