I believe that whoever the next manager is he will be in the same position as previous managers, putting a team together with little or no budget. That means you get the players that no team with a budget wants. Any player who shows any promise is whisked away with the promise of payment. Until we can provide a decent playing budget we will stay where we are, struggling at the bottom.
