'' A point well deserved''

Now and again you see 0-0 on the score sheets and you instantly think ''glad I didn't see that game ''

That couldn't be said of todays game, Staines welcomed Table topping Eastleigh to Wheatsheaf Park today and although im always hopeful of a win I must say at 3pm I would have taken a draw.

Eastleigh were well represented and made themselves heard , although as the game went on and the win looked more unlikely there voices became harder to here .

Take nothing away from Staines today all around the pitch they were awesome and yes I mean awesome . An all round fantastic team performance , I can hear you screaming at your screens ''but if louie hadn't missed the penalty ''

Footballs all about ifs and buts at the end of the day Staines earned a very important point against a side that if they don't go up automatically, they should through the play offs.

So Bromley on Tuesday and a chance to dent another high flying teams promotion bid .

DONT FORGET GUYS & GALS

'' ITS ALL SWINGS AND ROUNDABOUTS ''

An in depth conversation with Dave Brown yesterday regarding the points draw. He looked at our last 11 games, and gave a prediction of the scores, which means we would end up on 60. He had us down for a win yesterday, which means that his prediction could now be 2 out. What do you guys HONESTLY think will be our final points score, now we are running to the finishing line. And WHO will be the lucky winner?

3 weeks ago there was a similar topic mentioned on the forum. At that time we had 36 points.
I predicted that we would end up with 60 points, and at the moment am 1 point out with my predictions.
Had us down for a draw against Eastleigh but a loss against Bromley so a result on Tuesday would do me.
