so before Saturdays game with Eastleigh who would have thought we would have taken 4 points from the top 2 teams in the league ?

After watching both sides I personally think Bromley were the better of the two but with Eastleigh having two games in hand I think Bromley will struggle to catch them.

Onto Staines, Take absolutely nothing away from the guys last night they showed again what promise there is in this squad, a hard thought game which at half time most Swans fans would have taken the draw from.

Reading some comments on the Bromley forum there fans thought we were physical and the referee didn't impose himself On the game enough.

Guess when your top of the table and going for promotion you expect all the calls to go your way.

Jerson Dos Santos looks a proper player and took his goal very well. Max slotted into the left back position well and the centre halves were immense .

The winning goal was classic ''hit them on the break '' stuff, a great run from substitute Bajram saw Louie T swivel and shoot into the corner . More than made up for his penalty miss against Eastleigh, and great for him to score against his old team .

So onwards to Weston on Saturday and another big game . 10 points since the forgetful home game v Gosport isn't a bad return .

DONT FORGET

A win and a draw against not only 1st and 2nd in the league but also far and away the best two sides we have seen here. We have looked equal to both of them, as usual with our team the better the opposition the better we play. Still buzzin from it all.
An amusing incident on the way out of the ground, as I tried to make conversation with a Bromley supporter who gave me some mild verbal abuse . So glad our team managed to upset him so much and I can enjoy the fact that no way are his team going to win the league now and the chances are they won't win the play offs either. Ha Ha what a shame.
