Is there a good, reasonably priced Curry House ideally close to the ground or within a mile or two with relatively easy parking? Thanks.

Alternatively, The Anglers Retreat pub on Staines Road, TW18 2RT has a free car park on site and the food is very good. It's only 5 mins from the ground. The only down side is that the food is a little pricey. Very good though if you dint fancy messing around with car parking in the town centre.

Peter, by Staines Bridge there is one but you'll have to use a pay car park. Alternatively there is a take away at Kingston Road near the Jolly Butcher Pub which is closer and you'll be able to park outside. I'll be at the ground at 1pm, am the safety officer in orange so by all means come and speak to me by which time I'll find out if there is anywhere else as I don't eat curry myself.

Hi Peter,

The nearest Indian restaurants are in Staines Town centre..about 2.5 miles from the ground. You will need to park up in one of the towns many car parks. Parking is quite cheap, no more than £2. The Ancient Raj at 157 High Street. staines-upon-Thames TW18 4PA is very good and opens at 12pm.

Enjoy Your visit.

Shahee Mahal is excellent and does good meal deal( near to Ancient Raj).
Or Roshnis by Staines Bridge is good.
Staines Town Centre is only 1 mile from the ground. 5 minutes drive,or a 15-20 min walk.

Many thanks for all your suggestions, guys. In the end we stumbled upon Rochnis by Staines Bridge which was great - Buffet @ £8.95. That was the highlight of the day for us....
