Read that in Get Surrey earlier today, Quite a joke that we have released a central midfielder when our other 2 are out injured and stephane was publicly critised after Tuesday.

Personally i felt that despite his obvious physical presence he did'nt bring that much to the table.
If indeed he has been at 10 clubs in 4 years 'Loyalty' was not his middle name.
For me a midfield made up of 4 from:- Worsfold,Ngamvoulou,Ekim,Lodge,O'Neill,Pashaj.:- would be perfectly OK.
In the 1st half on Tuesday with Luke Neville at left back and Max at left midfield we looked much better than we have done in recent weeks.
Unfortunately after Sanchezs injury and the squad re-shuffle we looked all at sorts.
IMO we need to restore Max to left midfield and either keep Luke at left back or bring in a left back.Bringing in another midfielder to replace Merrick will not solve the amount of defensive errors that are currently being made.

We are officially in trouble. As I said before we need a physical presence in the team as we look like school boys most games compared to other teams. I've also read we are depending on youth to come through.
We're in a dog fight, we need to get players in who are big enough, strong enough, technically good enough and can be physical for the league.
Get on the phone, use your contacts, we currently are not good enough and haven't been since the start of the season. Midfield is weak, no cover for the defence=trouble that we have all witnessed this year.
Certainly not looking forward to Saturday but I still have faith in marcus and just hope the club helps him out to improve the sqaud.

Absolutely , I don't want my negativity to seem like a manhunt for Marcus... We all know he is the best man for the job and he can pull something out the bag but it needs to be done sharpish!
