Farnborough (again)
Looks like we could have a match away to them on Monday week following the League's ruling yesterday.
My view (and is only that) is that the Farnborough owners have been playing various games and hoping to get away with a few points deduction in exchange for wiping out considerable football debt. Thankfully the League appear to have seen through this and have given them the punishment they originally intended, albeit postponed by a year.
I hope they are able to make the payments and avoid non footballing reasons for relegation so that others do not suffer financially but it would not surprise me if there are further twists on this given their history. What odds on them not lasting the season?
